Swimming Pool Info Revealed!

The Mystery of the Swimming Pool

Many people ask about the mystery of the swimming pool, so we, Ashley L. and Maisy from BIL6, are here to unravel the wrappers of this mysterious swimming pool. These are the questions we asked:

Q : When is the swimming pool going to be finished?

A : Actually, the swimming pool is already finished, but the school needs approval from the Government before we can use it.

Q : When can students swim in it? Like which days of the week and what time?

A : In the future, there will be swimming lessons for the whole school, so it depends on when is your PE lesson.

Q : Can parents come and watch?

A : Yes, the school will arrange an opening ceremony around April and parents can come on the opening day.

Q : Can other people swim and/or watch too?

A : Yes, outsiders can come to swim or visit the building after school time, but they have to pay.

Q : Are there any other facilities in the building?

A : Yes, there are three parts in the building. There will be some badminton courts on the ground floor. The swimming pool will be located on the second and third floors of the building. On the roof is the basketball court.

Q : Will there be any swimming competitions?

A : Yes, in the future, there will be yearly swimming galas for the school. The difference between Games Day and the swimming galas is that Games Day has multiple sports while the swimming galas feature only swimming and is hosted purely for fun. The students that can swim can participate and students that can’t swim can play in the pool.

Issue 1 : Games Day News

Hello! I am Howard and Andy and today we are going to talk about Games Day. This year, we had new things on Games Day, for example: each student had to choose two different sports or events. Let’s move on now!

This year was special because there was another school from mainland China. Both of our schools chose a group of students to join the sports team to participate a group rope skipping event.Although we won the competition, both of the schools had a great time.

Of course, students aren’t the only one who joined the competition, parents joined it too !

Adventure ship

Hey schoolmates, today I am going to interview Keyman from BIL5.

Here are the questions i am going to ask him.

  • How was it?
  • Was it fun?
  • Was it scary?
  • Did you like it?
  • Will you join again?

Here are his answers.

It was fun and scary. I enjoyed it, but, it was not that fun. Not as i expected. I don’t think i will join it again as it is not my interest. Let me tell you something, I jumped of the ship that was about seven meters!

It was insane. I think i don’t i want to join it again because it was scary.
